As animals, no matter how seemingly detached and diverse, we have an innate affinity to nature. The majesty of the natural world should, and can be, appreciated by absolutely anyone.
The views that passed through my window on my first road trips into my new home and the chronicling of dreamtime stories transformed the lens through which I observed my place in the world as a six-year-old immigrant. We are revisiting the captivating environment in our backyard, which was so stirring to me as a child.
